The villa will be handed over to you cleaned. Bed linen and towels will be carefully cleaned and changed before your arrival. Additional cleaning during your stay can be carried out for an extra charge. For bookings of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 200 € will be charged.
When handing over the keys, we ask you to pay a refundable deposit of 500 € in cash. Before departure, the villa will be inspected together with us and if there are no defects, the deposit will be transferred after the final cleaning. However, we must deduct any damage incurred from the deposit. The damage incurred will be documented and documented accordingly.
Entrance cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, electricity, water, gas, internet, towels, bed linen and additional children’s bed on request.

Please note that you can move into your villa at 4 pm at the earliest on the day of arrival and must leave the villa by 10 am at the latest on the day of departure.
The villa is easily accessible by car, parking spaces are available. Charging of electric vehicles can be arranged for an extra charge.
The tourist office requires identification documents to be presented at check-in at the latest.
Special attention is drawn to the fact that the villa is located in a natural area. Naturally occurring insects such as ants, flies, spiders etc. can be found in these natural areas. The windows of the villas are equipped with insect protection.
